We want you to be completely satisfied with our service and products.   If you are not pleased with your order, 
we will gladly accept exchanges and returns within the below guidelines.

Returns & Exchanges

1.  Items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days.

2.  Items must be in original, brand new condition. 

3.  Items should be returned with the original packing slip.

4.  If you are exchanging your items, please email us (postmaster@littlesproutsdiapers.com ) first so we can tell you how much shipping will be.  You must pay for the shipment of your new items.

5.  We reserve the right to refuse any items that are not in their original condition.

6.  Sorry, unfortunately shipping charges are non-refundable.

7.  A 5% restocking fee will apply to any returns totaling $100 or more.  This fee does not apply to exchanges.

8.  Returns on Diapering Packages and Gift Packages must be sent back in their entirety unless a manufacturing defect is involved. Exchanges may be made on individual package items for items of equal value (or you may pay the difference).

9.  Please note the refund/exchange terms for individual items.  Certain items (for example, furniture) may have separate refund/return policies.  These terms are described on the respective pages of the item.  

*Please note: If you qualified for free shipping and you return your order we will deduct the actual shipping charges from your refund amount.  For example, if your order was $110.00 and we spent $10.00 to ship your package your credit will be $100.00.  If you have any questions, email us at postmaster@littlesproutsdiapers.com*

Returns Due to Manufacturer Defect

1.   Returns due to a manufacturing defect will be handled on a case by case basis. If you experience a manufacturing defect, please e-mail us (postmaster@littlesproutsdiapers.com) with your concern, so that we can correct the problem as soon as possible.

2.   Bleach destroys fabric, and should never be used on cloth diapers or covers. If bleach is obviously used on any of our products, returns and exchanges will not be accepted.  

Canceling Your Order 

PAYMENTS

Little Sprouts accepts Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express®, and PayPal® credit card payments and online checks through our secure site.  We also accept money orders and personal checks made payable to Little Sprouts. Orders paid by check or money order will not ship until payment has cleared.

SHIPPING

Orders will be shipped with-in two to three business days.  We ship orders in the USA through the US Postal Service or FedEx Ground, depending on the size of the order.  In order to keep our shipping charges as low as possible we do not ship every package with a tracking number.  If you require a tracking number please choose the Priority Mail option and request that your package be sent with a tracking number in the comments box at checkout.  This option is only available with Priority Mail.

BACK ORDERS & DROP SHIPPING

If items are back ordered, you will be notified via e-mail. Available items will be shipped within two or three business days, and back ordered items will be shipped as soon as possible.  Some items, if not in stock, will be drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer.  This helps keep our customers from having to wait for backordered items.  However, we will inform you if your items will be shipped separately.
